Stories have broken across a number of gaming sites with the news that 3G downloads on the Vita will be set to a maximum of 20MB.

There’s a good rundown of the newly announced Chromebooks on PC Pro here.
I’ve been struggling to see the point of these, but seeing how successful the iPad has been as a companion to a fully-fledged desktop or laptop there’s no reason why they can’t make this work. As long as you throw away all notion of performing some of the more sophisticated computing tasks, such as syncing your iPod, processing RAW image files, DTP etc and think of it more like a tablet with a physical keyboard you should be ok.
