LG committed to open source webOS development — webOS Nation

LG also intends to continue on with the open source contributions to Open webOS, saying that “we firmly believe that open source is one of the best ways to integrate product from LG’s perspective; look to see more open source activity on both webOS and Enyo.”

The article also reports that many of the HP staff working on WebOS will be moving to LG with slightly better terms & conditions…

Maybe it’s not so bad after all.
