Inspiring post about my favourite lens here. The 50mm prime is wonderful and whilst this post is image-heavy, it does provide some very good examples of what this bargain lens is capable of.

£104 I paid for the Nikkor 50mm F1.8 AF-D and it was the best piece of photographic equipment I have ever bought.

I am looking at the 35mm prime now though. These primes are addictive!
