For a while I’ve been experiencing a frequent and annoying pause whilst doing routine tasks on my MacBook Pro. It usually happens within the web browser (all of them) or even in OpenOffice, but it is particularly noticeable in Aperture (mainly because it is sluggish at the best of times).
